Positions Currently Available
Night Auditor
- To act on behalf of Management in their absence
- To safeguard the financial interests of the company and to maintain a professional appearance and attitude while upholding the service standards of the Hotel
- Responsible for the nightly balancing of all revenues and payments processed in the hotel's many revenue generating outlets
- Effectively and professionally handle guest check-in and guest check-out, while providing them with superior service throughout their stay
- Effectively handle any guest concerns
- In over-booked situations, make sure the relocating of guests is handled professionally and effectively
- Problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Assertive, excellent interpersonal skills, highly motivated, demonstrates initiative.
- Must be organized, detail oriented and able to multi-task.
- Work with minimal supervision
- Experience is an asset, but training is available
- Act according to the Hotel’s Emergency Procedures, and direct Hotel personnel and guests during emergency periods.
Wages

Guest Services Agent
- Handle all incoming calls for the hotel, restaurant, and various departments
- Process reservations received by phone, fax, or e-mail.
- Accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
- Effectively and professionally handle guest check-in and guest check-out, while providing them with superior service throughout their stay
- Effectively handle any guest concerns
- Process and handle payments
- Work well under pressure in a team environment requiring a positive and upbeat attitude at all times
